This covers imprintvet.com and its waitlist. It's written by Imprint Systems LLC (“Imprint”, “we”). Imprint, the practice software, isn't available yet; it will have its own terms and privacy policy when it is.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your name, work email, clinic name, role, number of vets, current practice software and, if you add one, a note. We also keep the time you signed up.

To stop the form being abused, we count sign-ups from each internet address for an hour. For that we keep a scrambled, one-way version (a hash) of your IP address for about an hour, never the address itself.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Why

To write to you about Imprint: when there's a place for your clinic, founding-clinic pricing, and questions about what your clinic needs. Nothing else.

Who sees it

The people running Imprint. We never sell or rent your details, and we don't share them for advertising.

Two kinds of service providers handle them for us: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores the waitlist, and, if we turn on sign-up notifications, an email delivery service that sends us a copy of each sign-up. They may process data in the United States and other countries.

How long, and your choices

We keep your details while the waitlist is open. Email jon@imprintvet.com any time to see, correct or delete them, and we'll do it. Every email we send can be unsubscribed from.

This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect children's details.

Changes and contact
