Your clinic does things its own way. Now its software can too.
Imprint is an AI-native, cloud-based PIMS for independent vet clinics. It runs the day from check-in to checkout, and when your clinic needs something new, you ask for it: you see it first, and you can undo it.

Demo clinic with made-up clients.
Customize your screens however you'd like.
Fields, rules, highlights and templates, shaped by asking. You see each change on your own screens first, and any change can be undone.
A scripted demo: requests change the screen one after another. A Fear Free score field appears on Juniper's record, Juniper's Board card gains a red edge and a Wear gloves badge, new clients on the Board are highlighted, and Ear mites is added to the ears exam list. Each change shows as a preview first, then as added, with Undo. Last, a request to hide the allergy warnings is refused: allergy warnings are protected and stay on the card, and the Assistant offers to mark pets with allergies instead.
Demo clinic with made-up clients.
AI built in, not bolted on.
It never changes medical records, money or safety alerts, and a person approves everything it makes.
Shape the software by asking
Fields, rules, highlights, reports and templates, previewed first, with Undo.
Notes written while you talk
Record the visit or paste a transcript. The AI drafts the note; a person reviews and signs it.
Ask your clinic anything
Counts, lists and charts from your own data, answered in place.
One message to the right owners
It finds who's due and drafts the text. Nothing goes out until someone presses Send.
The whole day, on one Board.
Every visit moves across Due, Lobby, In rooms, Holding and Checkout. Waits count up, late visits turn red, and the next step is one click. Recreated from the real app.
An animated Board for a demo clinic on Tuesday 20 October: cards move from Due to Lobby when a pet is checked in, into an exam room, to Checkout, and off the Board when payment is taken, while the counts and waits update.
Everything the clinic runs on, in one place.
Records, vaccines, reminders and checkout, in the real app.

The visit, written up while you talk
The AI drafts the note for a person to review and sign. Alerts, the last visit and vitals stay beside it.

Vaccines, down to the lot
Lot, label, who gave it and when it's next due. A visit won't sign with a missing or expired lot.

Reminders that bring them back
Your rules, one email per family, and texts only to clients who agreed.

Checkout that adds up
Lines say where they came from. Card payments through Stripe, totals to QuickBooks Online.
Screens from the real app, with a demo clinic and made-up clients.
It changes your settings. Never the parts that have to stay right.
You see it first
Every change shows on your own screens first. Nothing is added until someone with permission presses Add.
One click undoes it
Each change is saved as a version, with Undo one click away, and written to the audit log.
It doesn't see your records
It's sent your clinic's settings, never client or patient records.

Imprint isn't available yet. These connections are built and tested, and go live when Imprint launches; card payments run in test mode until then.
Lab integrations (IDEXX, Antech, Zoetis) are in progress and not connected yet. Lab orders and results inside Imprint are partly built.

Straight answers.
Six things clinics ask first. Anything else: jon@imprintvet.com
When can we start using Imprint?
Not yet. We're opening it to a small group of independent clinics first. Join the waitlist and we'll write when there's a place for yours.
What will it cost?
We haven't published pricing yet. Founding clinics get early pricing, and the waitlist hears it first.
Can the Assistant break something?
Every change is a preview until someone with permission presses Add, every change can be undone, and each one goes in the audit log. Allergies, safety alerts, signed records, money, doses, the controlled-drug log and sign-in are protected: Imprint's server refuses changes to them, whoever asks.
Does the Assistant see our clients' records?
No. It's sent your clinic's settings, such as templates, visit types and fields, never client or patient records. We ask staff not to type client or pet names into it.
Can we bring our data from our current software?
Yes. Imprint has importers for the major vet PIMS, with more on the way, and takes CSV or Excel files from any other system. We go through your data with you before you switch, and you can export everything as CSV any time.
Which labs and services does it connect to?
Card payments through Stripe (in test mode until launch), daily totals to QuickBooks Online and texting through Twilio are built. Lab orders and results are partly built. No lab company is connected yet: IDEXX, Antech and Zoetis would each come once an agreement is signed.
